So this was my first week back to work with kids. I don't know if I have mentioned but I teach school. I teach 3rd graders and the first week is so exhausting so I decided to give myself a break. I did workout on Thursday but that is all surprisingly I lost weight well basically stayed the same. The plan is to get back on track with working out this week.
