week 2 weigh in results

Starting weight: 166.2
Last week's weight: 161.8
This week's weight:  161.6
That is awooping lose of .8 oz.  UGH not so hot.  But I must say I did indulge so I am gald to see I didn't atleast gain.  Now to reprioritize.  I obviously knw that journaling and counting everything is the key for me so starting today I will be back to journaling.

What do you do when you have a small weight lose?
