Well this week I was horrible over the weekend. My husband was out of town and so my mom was over we had cookies, fast food, root beer floats, and way too much. So needless to say I gained. BOOOO! On Tuesday I started working out again and trying to be better. Here are this weeks results:
Starting weight: 166.2
Last week weight: 158.8
This week: 159.2
So luckily it was only a .4 gain but still. Why do I keep thinking that I can go crazy during the weekends and then work my butt off during the week. I need to STOP this cycle if I really want to get to business. So my plan is to try to be really good this weekend. Eat more fruits and not crappy food. Also I need to work out one day during the weekend atleast. Here is hoping for a better week.
